I also received a letter with this phone number for a negotiations department. It claims to have settled accounts with Bank of America, Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, American Express, Capital One, Discover, HSBC, Target, & GE Money. It says to call this number within 10 days of receiving the letter to settle your accounts. I do not have any standing accounts so this is definitely a scam.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
