Pretty much the same as reported by others- My caller ID said it was Aetna & the exact automated voice message left was: "Please call 1-877-284-0828 and enter the seven digit extension 5469 903. Again this is Aetna. Please call us toll free at 1-877-284-0828 and enter the seven digit extension 5469 903. Thank you. Goodbye." Absolutely no other information provided in the message, which was the first thing to tip me off that it may not be legit. I have been with Aetna for 2 years & never had anyone call me unsolicited like this (that was another tip). I did not call back, but instead went online to research the #. I would think first & foremost if the call was legit, they would say what it is in reference to at the very least. ??

Calls and leaves a message that they are calling from Aetna home pharmacy, asks for me by name, and tells me to call back on the same number entering a seven digit extension number. I do use Aetna home pharmacy so I called and entered the extension number. Tells me i entered an incorrect number. I called Aetna direct and the CSR said this wasn't a familiar number to her. She reviewed my profile and could find no reason why they would be calling. Told me to disregard. This is the third time they have called one of my numbers and left this message.
CallerID from this number stated [SPAM?] Aetna (we have Aetna). My wife answered, automated system ask "Is this "her name", she replied, "Yes" then stated they needed to confirm her DOB and ask what it was. That is something any reputable company would never ask, hung up immediately. In searching the number there doesn't seem to be a lot of info on it, most likely because they A-Hole change them constantly. Too many people with nothing better to do with their time in the world any more.
Same thing as above. Says they are from Aetna Home Delivery. I called Aetna directly and they don't know the number. It's a scam to get your personal information.
