Recvd a call from this number. Called BOA directly and they advised it is NOT a valid BOA contact number for any department.

keeps calling and leaving a voicemail. when i call back no 1 answers and then it says goodbye. dont no, you got me.

Said it was the Regulatory Complaint Service Collection Agency. Then gives a number for BOA customer service 800-669-6607. I have no idea what this is about.

I got these 877-430-1430 ext 437839 called me twice from 5/11/2018 and 5/16/2018, when I called back just left message because told her hour 6AM-2:30PM only. And that's the hour I work too. So I called BOA and they told me everything fine and this might be a scam call, they have no record anyone at BOA called me for collection issues, my credit is good, did not owe anyone any money, auto pay in full at due day, never late.

Received a call from 877-430-1431 ext 437893 - they left a message. I returned the call only to go to their voice mail. After looking up the number, it brought me here. Thank you for your comments. It encouraged me to call bank of america customer service (800) 431-2000. They informed me that there is nothing pending nor red flags on my account. I asked that she research the number and she informed me that boa is not associated with that number and not to give them any account information. Thanks! :)
