I honestly expect customer service that is courteous and professional, luke. Just because a customer is late with any payment, that doesn't give these people, or anyone, the excuse to be rude. They aren't there to be your friends but they aren't there to be jerks, either.
Idiot on the phone kept asking if I was sure I didn't own this car. Yeah, I'm sure! I think I know what kind of car I own and where I got the loan from. Tried to get me to give up personal information on the phone. I'm not stupid! He couldn't even give me the right address. What a douche.
They called me, I was 1 day late, made the payment and they still harassed me, and called my cell phone, work phone, and home phone.I usually pay extra each month, and I actually only owed 72 dollars, my payments are usually 560.00
They gave personal information about my father in laws account to us without bothering to check who we were. They harassed my 10 year old daughter because her phone number was the number previously on the account. SIXTA is the name of the woman who was rude to my wife and her useless supervisor is named Janel. Janel's number is 866-259-5318 extension 14668, feel free to call her repeatedly. Say anything you like to her. We repoted the to the Better Business Bureau
Get one or more calls a day. Have nothing to do with this company. Don't have a loan or anything else with REGIONAL ACCEPTANCE. Never have. I own my own car. Contacted the FCC & the Florida Department Of Financial Services after going through the States Attorney Generals Office. Have the Consumer Collection Practices Act Complaint Form filled out in front of me to be mailed tomorrow. Also contacted several people getting these calls that have no dealings with this company to begin a Class Action Law Suit. Will keep ya'll informed.
I have a loan with Regional, and they call me ten to fifteen times a day starting at 7 am and not stoping until well until the evening! I have had to go online to their website and remove all but my cell phone number as contacts as they were harrasing my father WHILE HE WAS IN THE HOPSITAL. They are rude and obnoxious and have absolutly no respect for people. This is the worst company to ever get a loan from and if I had had any other choice I would never have chosen them! I will be refiniancine with a different company ASAP!
