cld received, clbk recording states: this wireless number is not receiving calls!

Unknown # on caller id. Foreign guy on vm, gave my name along w an address not mine, states to call this number back in 24hrs or documents will be filed and I will be served at my home or work. Good luck with that.

I got a call and a voicemail was left stating they had documents regarding collections account(s) that was going into litigation, gave me this as a call back # along with a reference # - no name of company calling nor a name of the rep who called. So I called the phone # back and a "Miles" answered, stated they were looking for a certain person whom is NOT me. When I explained they had the wrong #, he apologized for the call and thanked me for calling in return - also put me on a do not call list.

I received a call from this number looking for someone ( not me). Called the collector and they put me on the do not call list.

My ex husband received a call and message from this number in regards to my father. I called the number and they won't tell you what the name of their company is. They will only say it is a litigation firm. BS! They told me not to call back because I was questioning them.

They are calling for someone that my number dies BR belong to. I called back and the collector told me not to call them telling them not to call my number. They hung up. I call back 4 times and she hung up in my face called a 5th time and a guy answered I said a few words and he hung up. I called back got their voicemail and left a voice mail. I need the name so I can report them to the Fair Debt, FTC and consumer reporting agencies...
