The number belongs to IGS Nevada. They are a skip tracing company contracted by Toyota Financial and about 50 other financial companies and banks, including Wells Fargo, for the sole purpose of locating the debtors, including co-signers who are legal debtors, to secure payment on past due vehicle loans OR secure the vehicles. I worked for IGS for awhile and although I did not enjoy the work, everything was done legally. If you are past due on a vehicle loan the best thing you can do is call your financial institution and TALK TO THEM!! Ducking and dodging their phone calls is what gets you turned over to companies like IGS. You bought the car. You signed a legal contract saying you would pay for it. If for some reason you can't pay for it, give the vehicle back to the finance company and the calls will stop. Otherwise, they have the right to call your family members, friends, neighbors and employers to get info and locate your vehicle and they will most definitely do it. I have seen people get fired from jobs because they would not call their finance company and they would not call IGS back and IGS would not stop calling and going on their jobs. Best advice.....call them. You may regret it if you don't.

Someone falsely used my mobile number and these guys called me about 10 times in 2 days finally leaving a message with this call back number. The call came up on the caller ID as unknown. They were calling for some looser named Shane. I told them it was not me so I hope the calls stop! Not happy that they are so aggressive and don't show up on Caller ID.

well here is how you STOP all unwanted calls.. be nice to the rep that calls you, then simply say you need a fax number to the 3rd party that is calling you and ask for their name. lie like they do and advise them that you have filed BK and you wish to show them proof. this way the rep will give you all the info needed and fax them a CEASE AND DISIST LETTER..... in the header state DO NOT CALL me, work, friends, family, refrences that you have on your application, neighbors, and no 3rd party repo companies are to make contact at your home or by phone. with that the calls will stop everywhere, no one will come to your house,. you will be flooded with letters possible law suit on the loan you own. but this will STOP all calls to everyone that is tied to you.. if they continue to call people ask them to get dates, times they called, who they spoke to and get ext, tell them to be nice about this way they provide the info, then they violated FDCPA and you have HUGE law suit.

3rd party companies adv that they are calling on behalf of toyota, gmac, etc. you need to say ok what is the name of the comapny you work for. they are able to give the name of the company when you ask them. if they do not ask for team lead or someone else. 3rd party agencies are not allowed to pre-text meaning they can not trick someone into giving information to them about you. example: rep calls your mother and says hi yes im calling for mother, she replies this is, you say hi im rep your son advised me that i can call you and you would be able to verify his information on an application such as: work, cell, home, add, or anything else that may lead to the repo of the car or contact with you. its a violation of FDCPA. please make sure that your nice to them otherwise they will not give you any information to you and they will hang up. when they hang up on you they have done something wrong, such as 3rd party disclose.. thats HUGE in FDCPA. I HOPE THIS HELPS ALL OF YOU OUT THERE.

IGS is not a place to be glorified.. its a job and thats it. you do what we need to do cuz your told knowing that its wrong but what are you to do. they do not listen they will not provide to you in writting that they have advised you to break the law or FDCPA but you need a job until you can find another. i do not think anyone working there now or past would say its a GREAT place to work. if you say it is then you must be a VP or Josh Elias the president or Jim Snead the SR VICE president. so Mrs. Moreno get a life. IGS breaks every EEOC, FDCPA, and better busniess act their is and known.. so until you have the facts Mrs. Moreno mind your own. and let the people speak. what you have to say doesnt matter!!!!!

Im in need of a different job, dont like the one im at. Is this a good job, how much does it pay?
