As of Feb 2024, this number is being used by the "Norton Lifelock subscription" scammers. They send you an email claiming your subscription - which doesn't exist - is being renewed for some huge amount. They give you this number to call and cancel. While "cancelling" the person on the other end scams person details, like your credit card number.
