These SOBS called my uncle saying they needed my signature on a court document. Guy left his name as Andrew Stone. Called number from pay phone last night couldn't leave msg as it wouldn't direct me to proper voicemail. Called, someone calling herselfRachel Goldstein answered for something-or-other Acquisitions. She sounded a bit foreign this may be a scam.

same thing happened to me some guy named joe claire said he has my name and social on some process documents and that I should be available no later than 330 Monday and if I had any questions I should call this number and went as far as to say or I could have my attorney call. I have no idea who the heck these people are. but if they are dumb enough to show up on my doorstep bring it on!

This same situation is happening to me right now. Andrew Stone has called my cell and my job multiple times threatening me, stating I know what this is about and I better call him back or he will be at my job or my house. My mom works for the Better Business Bureau, she says this happens daily and that it is more than likely a scam because people can get your phone number and personal information from anywhere. She also said never give your information to people over the phone because they will scam you forever and everytime you think the so-called bill is paid they will keep telling you it increased and when you try to contact the company the so-called debt is with they will tell you they have not received any of the money and the debt is still there. She states debt collectors do not handle things this way. They will never come to your house or your job. This is harassment!

Liar. You work in the urine soaked boiler room trying to run this filthy extortion scam. You're not fooling anybody on here by poorly impersonating one of your actual victims.

I just received the same call asking for me to call them back for a court appearance on Wednesday at 3:30pm or I will be served at my home and work. I was about to call them back and find out what is going on until I read these messages. Whats the best way to handle this situation? Call them...or just Ignore there phone calls? There number came up restricted as well. any advice is appreciated.
