This phone number belongs to someone named Denise Saroga....supposedly from Bank Of America's Estate Department. Apparently, she is calling from an 860-724-0647 and phshing for information. She called here regarding an estate account also, but called from HER 888-221-4299. And has not called the Executor of the Estate. So I would like to offer the DCJS her name in regards to possibly committing a fradulent act of phone calling to gather the Executor's name and then not even bothering to call that number. She cannot give the address of the Estate Department of BOA either. I can hardly believe the way some of these people actually do business in this manner.

This number belongs to Denise Soroka who works for Bank of America 8-6 P.M. mon-thursday,8-5 P.M. EST regarding my sister's estate she calls from 1860-724-0647 and asks you to call her back on the 888 number but never answers. She asks for one piece of paperwork but never calls back the executor even if you give her their phone number. Something fishy right here. June 25, 4:19 p.m.Thursday.

They left me a message today.. I am not calling them back. Some called and stated they were from the BOA Estate Dept. and to give the a call regarding my father's estate. I am the administrator of his estate and the estate settle in July 2016. I have an Attorney who handle my father's estate and who happens to be my old boss. They should be contacting my attorneys office and not me, so I will not be calling them back.. People are sick to bother grieving family members .

My husband passed away, leaving an unpaid CC with BOA. My Attorney has been in direct contact with them, explaining when they will receive their payment. If they think I will have the money faster for them, by calling and harassing me they are sadly mistaken. I have nothing.....and when his Estate sells and settles, they will get their payment. I can't pay it before then and my Attorney has made that very clear to them. I find these calls, which I don't answer, to be very upsetting.
