They pretended to be at&t, they send you a text you read them the pin and bam they can login into your account and bought two phones with saved payment method!
Called my phone and my husband answered. Posed as AT&T and said they were checking service in our area. Then they sent a code to my phone and told my husband to read it back when he got it to make sure it was working. My husband did and then they used that to deactivate another phone that’s on our account and steal the phone number/account info to buy and activate a new phone. BEWARE!!
