So glad I found this information out. Just got a call from this company through my step daughter. This company was calling on behalf of my deceased ex husband--we have been divorced since 2002!!!! I am still in shock they contacted my step daughter--how in the world did they find her??? Our names are not even close!Scary this type of thing exists, especially when people are still dealing with the death of loved ones.

THESE JERKS WERE CALLING MY GRANDPARENTS TO COLLECT MY DECEASED MOM'S CREDIT CARD DEBTS--A CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARD AND ANOTHER....MY MOTHER NEVER HAD ANY TYPE OF CREDIT CARD! WHY DO PEOPLE DO THIS??? ITS BEYOND RUDE!

Ascencion point keeps calling me regarding my late mother. They call me mornings and night. I am very upset.

Excellent Advice

I have been receiving numerous unwanted phone calls from this number: Ascension Point Company. I never answer my phone, I let calls go to voice mail. I finally got SO tired of these calls, that I called them, and told them to STOP calling me, and that I felt it is harrassment. They don't like that word-so use it! The person was very polite, asked what my number is that they have been calling, and stated they would take me off their list. She said that they won't know it is a ''wrong number'' unless someone tells them. I said YES! - my number is a wrong number, and STOP calling it! She said OK.We shall see. If you are sick of these calls, do what I did-tell them you feel it is HARRASSMENT, they will stop !(Well--let's hope so!) Will let you know if I get any more calls.You have to stand up to these types of companies.,Keep it direct and to the point, don't get mad, or cuss and yell at them, just state : STOP CALLING ME-IT IS HArRASMENT!
