It's a scam. Voicemail left saying it's for a federal criminal offense. It is a voice recorded system that starts when the voicemail kicks in.

I received twice from this caller, one just early morning, probably due to the Indian time zone. I did talked to them, they are India accent, and claimed to be CRA, and asked in a very serious tone of my name, told them stop scam go find a real job. he hung up not until I finish my sentence... busterd
