This company is a HOAX. The company name is Direct Express. Their first question is what is your social security number. FCC need to investigate this phone no.
Direct Express is a payment processing company for government issued funds like social security death benefits, they put payments on a card for you like a direct deposit. They also issue the card.
They are calling my phone every month, and there is no way to let them know, I don't have an account with them. It's frustrating to be bothered by them
When they call they are just trying to let you know of a transaction on your Direct Express account. They are not a scam or spam call. If they call you then they have you number when someone else had it....
I get a call from this number at least once or twice a month. The messages says that funds have been deposited in my account. This is a recording and you call back you are told to enter a 16 digit number.

Called multiple times this afternoon, picked up one. They says they are irs and wanted me to submit something. Find it fishy hanged up, they called one more time and never called again.
