Called from a 810.537.9021 # with a message to call 888.836.6059. I called the 810 number back instead. Man answered as asked if I was affiliated with____ . The name was backwards. I asked him where they were located and he wouldn't tell me. Told me to let the person know to call the 888 number or seek legal counsel. They also called my mother today as well with the same thing.

Same scam as others are getting, legal breach of contract. Name they are asking for does have my last name and similar name to my son's so I was initially concerned someone stole his identity (I've been getting this call for months now). I did once speak to them and they were combative. I now just hang up.

Said I was a witness in a criminal case against someone I had never heard of....

They left a message looking for someone who I can’t even understand the name they are saying. I blocked the number.

I have had the same message my SS number and my bank account is /was in breach. I hung up.

Scam calling and advising me about a legal breach of contract involving my soc sec and banking info…. I need to make payment. If not it will go to default and a judgement will be placed… HAHAHA.. I said go ahead I will wait for judgment.. They hung up…

I received a call saying that my ss number and bank account has been compromised and that I would be receiving another phone call for a phone interview regarding a judgement against me but no other information about it. I hung up.

Claims that I have insufficient funds for a transaction I authorized over the phone on a recorded line and by email and written signature and if they don’t hear back from me by today, they will begin legal proceedings against me
