I had the same clown John leave me the message about not sending out a package until I talk to him. I called the numbers back but we're out of service.

Same experience as others. "John" talking about a product I ordered on a site I was just on. lol, I've been on nothing but netflix for hours. Called back just to see what they said and someone with a middle eastern accent answered, said he was "Josh". Had my first name but told him they had the wrong number.
Says my order has been processed and I need to call them about the shipping
"John" left a voicemail that he saw I was just on their website and he had the "reddish" one available and could ship it out that day. I wasn't shopping for anything. Beware!!
