I don't live or know any one in Tennessee, I don't have a student loan, and no musical instruments were ever purchased by me. They called on my cell phone as well which I don't give out . This is a scam from a random dialer ans a spoofed number.If they don't leave a message don't call back. Anyone legitimate will leave a message.
Recorded voice claimed to be calling from the Dept. of Education. Asked two yes/no questions:1. Are you a U.S. citizen?2. Do you currently have any federal school loan debt?Then said a representative would call within 24-48 hours to discuss financial options.
This is a spam call, probably robodialed. If someone answers they will keep calling you and that goers for answering machines too. Just use an app like Legal Call Blocker and you won't have to deal with it.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
