902-580-4001 is the voicemail access number for Koodo. When someone leaves you a voicemail you have to call that number to retrieve it.
Wanted to clear my voicemail messages. 902-580-4001 was the only number shown and the only voicemail with no recording. Anyone know who this could be?
Called twice went, straight to voicemail. Partial incoherent message left. Block placed on the number but it still goes to voicemail. Obvious spoofed number by a scammer

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
