I’ve gotten multiple calls from 904-236-6166 since listing as FSBO on Zillow. Placing the listing there has generated lots of useless calls. I assume they are in the business of low balling desperate sellers, as they are not asking to see the property, so I haven’t answered. I have reported them as spam. They continue to call daily.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
