The lady said she was on a recorded line and was working with FL Blue then had some of my personal info and began asking more personal questions. I hung up and feel it was a scam or some company trying to solicit a home care physical done by a nurse (joke) and then bill you for it!

I have gotten numerous calls from this number in the last 2 months. I have Florida Blue and an agent with them that is also reporting this unsolicited and unneeded attempts at contact with me.
This is a third party health care company stating they were in partnership with Florida Blue. I called Florida Blue and they verified that POP Health Company was calling to set up an in home medical visit. All is good.

It said “Public Service” on caller ID, but did not leave a voicemail.
As others report, often receive official looking letters from them claiming taxes owed or threatening a property lien. They try hard to make it look official. Scam all the way.
Do not answer. A vicious debt collection agency.
