This sounds like a bill collector using an old list. Jenny Yang (odd name for a male) was calling for someone who might have had my number in the past. He said he'd remove my number. The name he asked for was the same as a few call calls over the years.

After that, I have got several calls from this # with same story of voice message. I think this is a phishing call which pretend to be an urgent call to a wrong person, and kind people respond or call back to tell they have wrong number and they tell their names and phone #. Be careful.
Seemed to call me by mistake. I didn't answer and the left message says he is Jenny Yang, calling to Nicole. Says to call back within an hour and leaves a reference number and a 1-866 number to call back to. (totally same story as 108.*72.***.7 posted, but different reference #)
