It's a collect call from an inmate that doesn't have money to make phone calls. They charge inmates for every call. You can either put money on the inmates books or make account and put money on your number so they money is only used for calls to your number not for the inmates other calls or commissary.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
