This is NOT Verizon. These people have been hacking my phone and stalking me for 4 years. The person I spoke too I have spoke too 5 different times no matter what Verizon number I call. He changes his name every time and pretends to try and fix my issue which by the end of the call ITS NEVER FIXED. SOMEHOW THESE PEOPLE ARE HACKING INTO THE NETWORK AND REDIRECTING CALLS USING A VIOP. BEWARE!!!! THEY ARE ALL CRAZY, STALKERS THAT HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO .

It is Verizon!! I requested that they put me on a global plan for a month, and what did they do? They called my mobile with a prerecorded "feedback" call while I was out of the country and roaming!!!!
I don't know why I received the Verizon notification for this. I don't travel internationally. And now I have this ridiculous notification icon that I can't seem to get rid of.
Thanks 4 the info - this # was in contacts on my phone (verizon) as Global Support Team and I knew I didn't put it there.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
