We screen calls as it seems as if the phone company sells our number. This caller had called many times, the San Bernardino name does not match the San Bernardino digits. The caller never leaves message. I would think it is a telemarketer, advertiser, SCAM or con caller, or some evil person trying to take advantage of the elderly disabled people.
