Elite water has been calling my home phone for years. Now they’re calling my cell. I’ve answered their survey twice in the last week. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor who my told I was not going to ever buy bottled water and did not care about the survey. She offered to put me on the do not call list. I’m hoping this is the end of this annoying service.
Idiots continue to call using several different phone numbers. Caller ID indicates Elite Water Systems using s 910 area code either from Jacksonville, NC, Wilmington, NC, or Fayetteville, NC. From a web search, these idiots try to trick you into a water test just so they can tell you how "bad" it is and then try to sell you a system to fix your water. They should all rot in hell.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
