continuous calls from 914-750-4099, no message left. When call back, got hang-up. When called back second time got Holly.Answered on incoming call today, got female saying her name is Brittany calling for a 3rd party and her job is to advise a civil complaint is being filed and need to pass along another phone number to be called with a case number. Asked Brittany for her companies name and her complete name. She said she did not have to give her full name due to privacy laws. Said she is in NY and all her job was was to give another phone number to call with a case number, or the case will be heard in court and legal fees will be filed.Then asked for proper mailing by certified, return receipt in u.s. mail delivery and, regular mail delivery. Also advised she is on a recorded line. She refused to send proper legal notice, and hung up. She never stated the company connected with the case.

I've been getting the same calls and I finally decided to have my sister answer the phone call. A male spoke to her and gave her the same story line. Not sure if this is legit or if I should even call the number provided. Help!

I sure wouldn't call any number just because some scary stranger on the phone told me to - for any reason! If there is some legitimate legal problem, you will be notified in writing through the mail or your friendly process server. Ignore the call, or if you do speak with them, tell them you can't help them then get off the phone.

Missed a call from this number. Caller ID says "West Harriso NY"Tried calling the number back and a recorded message stated "Thank you for contacting overnight locater. Please hold on the line while we connect you to a representative."

I got the same message. I left a message saying I got a call from them, don't know who they are and not sure I care.I hate all this cloak and dagger crap.

Got multiple calls from this number stating That someone had filed a civil suit against me, and that I needed to contact an attorney at another number with a case number. I contacted the number they gave me and it's for a home renovation company? WTF?

I received a call on my cellphone today from a this number. When I answered the person on the other end said "Is there anyone there that can receive legal documents for .... and he said my name. I said wrong number and hung up immediately.Is it even possible to deliver legal documents via telephone?

Have gotten 2 calls from this number. Answered both times and simply got hung up on.
