The IRS is going to begin legal proceedings against "my name" unless I call a certain number immediately. Similar to other nonsense messages I get a few times every year.
SCAM - Recording: "The reason you have received this phone call from our department is to inform you that there is a legal enforcement actions filed on your social security number for criminal activities. So when you get this message kindly revert as soon as possible on our number that is (915) 613-1385 I repeat, (915) 613-1385 Before we begin with a legal proceedings. Thank you and have a nice day."

Received call & VM stating to call back before legal proceedings. Guy claimed to be an officer from Soc Sec office and that there was suspicious activity surrounding soc sec number in Texas. The guy was not a native english speaker. Ask for name, last 4 digits of soc sec number and birth date. Said I would provide last name only due to scams and asked for the information on the alleged activity. They hung up. This is a SCAM!
SACM: Stating a legal enforcement action is filed on my SS# for criminal activities and should revert before they begin with the legal proceedings - I do hope I don’t get incarcerated!

same thing happened to me. Automated robot voice says I am suspected of criminal activity. #1- that is not how it works. #2- I have a federal clearance that would have gone away as soon as this way half way suspected. Who are these jerks? We need legislation that makes all this soliciting illegal
