Hello my name is Susan and I’m calling on behalf of Humana, your insurance provider. I was hoping to speak with you about valuable service that’s part of your membership, if you would please call 8552151830, we’re available from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. central standard time Monday through Friday. We look forward to hearing from you and have a great day. Whereas the calls are really coming from is Signify Health, a third party operator claiming to be calling on behalf of Humana. To which they refuse to remove my number from their call listings and tell me I must do so through Humana. In addition, my privacy settings with Humana, my actual insurance company are set up NOT TO CALL ON THE CELL PHONE but to use the USPS mail only.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
