Yes i got a call from 9233 but i missed the call but as it was a 12 digit numer so i did not call back as it was sure that its an ISD number. Later i searched for ISD series and i found that 9233 is pakistan's area code. Well i was very much bothered that when i dont know any person from pakistan then who called me from pakistan and why?? But after reading about this same problem with others i am a bit relaxed but it is something serious....i wish soon my service provider take some actiin against it.
