+923 is a Pakistani mobile. There seems to be a large number of calls being received, not sure what the scam is but it must be some sort of money making scheme? I had missed call in Qatar at 9.47am local. If I receive an international call from an unknown number then do what i do.. dont answer it!

I got a call from the no. 00923087839254 today morning stating that you have won Rs. 25,00,000 lacs and he is calling from vodafone mumbai call center office. I recognized it as fraud no. and told its not vodafone office no. but he is fraud and I will report to police who will find this number, there was no answer but i cut the phone. Everybody pls be careful if you receive such calls....

Hi allI am also receiving miss calls from +923357138005, I have identified the country code as Pakistan and I am not picking the call, but I dont why they are giving frequent miss calls.
