I just received a missed call, from +923417929469. I'm blocking the number, as I know nobody in Tajikistan. Also, I've heard of these scams/frauds.

I got a missed call from +92... number and at first place I didn't realize the country code, I just thought I missed a call so I called back and the person told me about winning a Lottery and calling from the Mumbai Airtel Office.I disconnected the call assuming it's just a crank call, but when I realized the country code I thought it could be something wrong.Should I report this with the Police ?
I just received call also on this number +923 338 137 849, then I call back and I dont understand what he is talking about but he mentioned Lottery. Then I switch off, I though it was a business call, thats why I call back.LevBu-KSA
