Same message as above left on voicemail. Called back and guy with heavy Indian accent answered and told him to pound sand. The bad thing they keep calling my daughters phone and leaving a message and she is under 18.

Yup same here. "You will be arrested by the local cops" and "You have four serious counts against you" Robo voice with bad English.
Just got the same exact message. Recording saying I had 4 serious counts against me and was going to be arrested by authorities.

General robo voice call with no info given in the message other than, there are Four counts against my name and the IRS is coming to take me away... call back number is the same number, decided to call and asked the rep what his IRS ID number and name was, in a thick Indian accent he said "Thomas Michael" - cue me laughing, "yeah right", and he hangs up. Good one guy.
