After I heard message that it was Social Security, I called back. Got a guy with foreign accent, and could hear the noise of a large call center in the background. He was trying to get my name, which I did not give to him. Asked what he wants. He replied he cannot tell me unless he knows my name. I told him NO and hung up. My AT&T Call Protect app automatically blocked this number as a severe fraud threat.
