I received the same text message. It was from a 932 area code also, but not the same number as the one you posted. I think it's just a hacker sending out junk mail that's sent out to various cell phones from a system any area code and number can be input. It's not from an actual 932 area code (cuz there isn't such an area code), just some numbers x-xxx-xxx-xxxx that someone must have punched into a text messaging system to annoy people.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
