Always calls around 8:45 - and says stupid things like 'you're harder to reach than a rock on the moon' or ' you're harder to reach than something(?) in the garage'. He - no name - calls over and over again but I hang up before he goes into detail so I don't know, and don't want to know who the jerk is.
I get several calls a day from different numbers from Sarasota FL. Whoever it is never leaves a message. Total scam calls. So annoying!
Calls very early in the morning. Asks for Roger and hangs up. Annoying as hell several times in the week.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
