Call came in as "Suspected Spam". I listened to part of message. Chris Hayes looking for Rico. I am not Rico so I deleted message & blocked the number. I guess registering my number on the National Do Not Call Registry doesn't really stop these crap calls.

This man named chris hayes is calling people trying to get their info watch out a scam I questioned him so much he started yelling at me

The same Chris Hayes called me and left a message "in regards to your driving and registration privileges."

Yep, Chris Hayes using the same terminology "in regards to your driving and registration privileges"... Yeah, calling from Florida about my driving privileges in California.. Sure buddy. Don't be scared folks, I'm pretty sure he's a scamming debt collector using illegal practices and trying to scare people into thinking he can get their license suspended, etc.... IGNORE!

Talked to Chris Hayes this morning, and when I told him that the insurance claim was not our fault, he began cursing and telling us that our drivers license would be suspended.

Scam artist calling from 941-926-5553 claiming to be Chris Hayes but cannot give any credentials - preying on accident victims and old people

Harrassment and inappropriate language used by a Christopher Hayes to try and receive money for accident that happened in NYS. He is a fraud from what I have researched. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he threatened me. This has happened every 3 months since October! Ignore this man and report him. Preying on people and scamming.
