Just received a call from this number. Lady told me they work with health insurance companies to audit medical records. I asked what her authority is. She said the insurance companies hire them. Somehow I doubt this. Sketchy

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
