Crazy, repetitive calls. First informing me of a problem with my account—(credit card expired ) I resolved the issue but “they” continue to call. Blocking them now.
Haven't been in California for 18 years & never had an account with them, yet they're calling an area code across the country that "my account" needs an updated credit card?SCAM
Received two calls today within 15 minutes of each other. Caller I.D. showed TCA. I did not answer. I called the number back and it was the toll roads. Was advised they did not call me. They checked my account and saw nothing amiss. Advised me that someone was probably PHISHING for account info, i.e. credit card, and to be careful about giving any info. Very helpful response by them.
