Disgusting. I never answer the phone anymore. This scum ask for my daughter by her legal name, which she never uses plus her name has not been on this phone number for over 30 years. .He ask for her like he is a friend---Hi C*****, how have you been doing? I hear background talking ---- must be in a room full of scammers. Since I never answer my phone I miss most of this crap but this one really makes me mad. In the past month he has probably called 4 to 6 times---always acting like a friend. BTW WHAT IS A 'VOIP CALLER'?

ID said VOIP CALLER-- right off knew it was a scam. Didn't answer and blocked. Don't these idiots realize that most people won't do business with a company that "cold calls" them and, basically, invades their privacy???

VOIP is "Voice Over Internet Protocol" which means he/she is using a computer to call through.

Wrong! Edison does NOT give out their customer numbers to anyone, or they would be subjected to FCC penalties. I received a call from this number on my cell phone and the number they (Edison) has on record is my landline phone. These are typical spammers who get our numbers randomly. Sorry to blow a hole in your conspiracy theory.
