scammers called; didn't answer it and blocked this number from future calling.

Called my cell phone, which I have given to just a few people. I did not answer, and they did not leave a message. I love some of the comments. I will have to try that on the home improvement caller who tells me he called six months ago and I asked him to call again.

I answered thinking it was my doctor returning my call - oops. They asked me if I was familiar with Title 24 (which I am), so I responded yes. Then she continued to ask questions about the age of my home and the type of windows I had. I told her I didn't have time to discuss this, I was at work, she promptly hung up. I think she said she was with a company called GBE or something.

951-824-1321: Caller ID: VOIP CALLER. Machine answered and male asked for me. Hung up after no response. Caller center background noise.

Once a month these people call me. I don't own my own home (nor do I want to). I never pick up because I don't answer calls from people not in my cell.

Since the first of this year I hadn't been getting much in the way of these unwanted/scam calls---or telemarketers if you want to call them that. I do not give them my number so feel they shouldn't be calling me. But---today (by 4 pm) I have had 10 such calls. I got tired of trying to block all these calls so I don't answer my phone any more. If it is important they can leave a message---and most of the time they don't leave messages. My family and friends call me on my cell so not answering works best for me. It has really been at least 6 months since I stopped answering my phone. And yet, I pay for a phone I don't use. =(
