Confirmed - Health Partners outbound call cover number. If anyone calls you from any HP phone, this number masks it.
I am 82 years old - have medicare and blue cross. Never had any dealings with health partners, and they call on my cell, which makes me angry.
Last night my cell phone rang twice during the night. I do not answer such calls when they wake me up at 2 AM. The calls had the Health Partners cover number.
Bogus! They left a message on my cell saying they were from Health Partners to schedule a follow up appointment for my son Cern. I don't have them but more importantly I do NOT have a son!! Accent from India. Don't fall for this! And I am on the do not call register!
They say they are calling from "The Compass Group" following up on something I signed up for with Longwood Medical Associates. I don't recall having any dealings with a group of either name, but they refuse to explain who THEY are unless o say who I am, which makes no sense at all. I've also asked them 3 times not to call, and I'm in the do not call registry. Its eating up my daytime minutes.
I do not want calls from this number anymore...I want it blocked. I don't know the name of the company, but I know it is a telemarketer.
I assume this is Health Partners based on the postings here and that would make sense, however, I don't answer calls from numbers not in my address book, so unless they leave a message I'll never talk to them, and yes I will use my iphone's capability to block the number if it gets out of hand. As for why they might be calling, I'm sure hit has to do with something related to a health assessment, and goals as one poster has stated but, unless they leave a message, we're just not going to be talking; this is because if what they are calling about is something in response to actions I've taken, then say so, leave a message and I'll call back.
I received a call from this number. It was a legitimate call from Health Partners (I recently signed up for their Medicare advantage plan). I don't answer numbers I don't know, but the caller did leave a message.
Just got a call from this # at work - if it is really from Health Partners - then leave a message for call back - annoying. No matter if it is a telemarketer they have been told if no answere they cannot leave a message. If this is Health Partners they will not leave a message because of the HIPA act. - They could still identify themselfs & leave a call back #
