When receiving calls from "charity" callers always ask how much of your donation will go to the charity. They are required by law to tell you. The amount will be around 5% to 15%. These guys usually quit calling when you ask and you reply: "That's robbery collecting 95% for overhead!"

They called at 5:30 p.m., don't know anyone in Pompano Beach. I answered and immediately gave the message that my block lines get. I only get 30 free blocks on my landline, and don't see it as fair that I should have to pay more money just to block idiot callers. Currently, I have all 30 blocks, and there are 40 scam calls on my caller ID. Can't win...

they call ed and stated they were Police Benevolent Association - are they REALLY ???? if and/or when i want to give to a charity, ILL CALL YOU, and find the REAL organization, not give to people calling and begging and moaning about how they do have enough, as if they will EVER have enough.it is funny that when i researched the phone number, this came up and NOT the Police Benevolent Association website... SSSssOOooo i determine this call to be a scam.....

Scammer Fake charity. Claims to be from Florida police officers association. Hangs up as soon as you ask any questions. If I was running a scam I would hire someone better than the idiot that called me. Easy to make this bum as just that. A bum on a phone.
