They provide customer service for Emdeon, my employer. The number is a NJ front for the call center based out of India.

I am the office manager of a business and this number called several months after we had an employee need a few stitches from an injury on the job. We paid the small bill from the hospital and didn't file a workman comp claim. This number called and said we too owed them and they needed to know all our workman comp info. I argued with the person (male with thick Middle Eastern accent,) and said I needed a bill and to investigate this claim because the employee was seen at one hospital ER room, did not go anywhere else and we paid that bill. He confirmed our address, asked for our fax number and I have yet to see a "bill" from them.

Spam?

They called my cell phone at 6am, woke me up. Glad I didn't get to the phone in time to answer it. No message.

Just had a call on my work phone from an Asian guy who I couldn't understand and didn't want to speak in English. ended up hanging up on me

This is legit - it seems it is cognizant's us based board number which will show up when almost any employee with an office extension (internationally) calling out through this line. When you call back you are prompted for dialing an extension which can take you directly to the person you want to reach.

5:30 am on my day off

Didn't answer, no message left.

These people called at 4am! I didn't answer because I heard that if you answer, they know the number is good, and will sell it to other telemarketers. They called again right after the first time. I quit using my land line because of this, and now they are calling my cell phone!! What can I do about this ??
