Received voice mail saying they were from Express Scripts and had some questions for me. I called Express Scripts and they did not recognize the number, could find no reason for the call, and don't have an office in the city that came up on my phone.
Calling my minor daughter's number twice. Wrong name. Left messages to call another number back. Blocking.
This call is from Express Scripts. I live in St. Louis, their HQ. I don't know why they use a MA number. I called it back, as I missed the call yesterday. I called back to learn it was from EX SCR, but it was a recorded call. I didn't care to speak to them, so I dumped it. ES is my Rx supplier, so I was not being scammed, but I wasn't interested either.
No, this number is NOT actually Express Scripts. I just received a message from this number saying they had important questions for me and to call them back at (855) 842-5860. I called the number on the back of my prescription card instead, and Express Scripts had no record of trying to contact me recently. Watch out for this scam!!
It's the automated system Express Scripts uses telling you to call a different number for your medication refill. It's not a scam.
I didn't answer the call but do have express scripts for my medications. They called my cell phone and they shouldn't have that number....in fact, my profile doesn't contain any phone numbers.
This is an automated call from Express Scripts asking you call another number to take a survey about the quality of their service.
