when told that our phone was on the do not call list, the static in the background just got louder. caller never said her name or company name. wanted to offer me a special credit deal.
A reported company that wants to lessen your phone service cost through the local lines and Equipment you already have. And in my state I believe that's illegal. And I wanted to find out for sure. Before I decided to go ahead with their plan. A lady put a supervisor online that got very argumentative with me period in accused me of not wanting to save money on my phone service and that I would basically stupid for not doing it. I got fumbled with my words and told him that I'm not going to talk to them anymore and hung up on them first. This is a scam don't fall for it.
They call me 6-8 times day an don't say anything or when I ask to be removed from their list they just hang up

When I answered the person claimed to be calling on behalf of Century Link, saying that they were decreasing their rates next month. She wanted to know if we had a fax line, but did not ask any other questions.

Scam. An attempt to get bank account information and then a request to transfer money to the scammer's account.
I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
