I am disabled and am tired of getting calls from the same disconnected number sometimes several times a day and at least daily.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
