Caller just called me. Curious to know who it was, so I answered and nothing was on the other end but dead silence. I said hello 3x got nothing and hung up. Very strange to me. I don't care to call them back to find out who they are if its important they'll call back and maybe answer next time.
I got a call from that number they claimed to be a lawyer also. Saying I was getting sued....

I got a call from this number, answered it nothing, I said "hello, who is this maybe about three times before I hung up. I called the number back and still got nothing but the empty void from which there was no one speaking.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
