This call keeps coming. In fact, he just called again as I was writing this email. When I answered the phone there was a live person. However, if you don't answer he has some sort of software that leaves a message. I asked him if he robo calls and he explained he does not. That might be true but the voice messages are always a computer. He said he would remove me. However, I don't care. You need to investigate this guy.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
