I have just had this call and they are going to call back at 4pm as I indicated I was computer illiteratebut I really wanted my husband here to take the call. I am so glad I did a 1471 and checked out the number online as now all we have to do is ignore the call and with a bit of luck he will go away. Any other advice would be appreciated.
We had 3 calls from this number yesterday, we get them every couple of days.I just pick up and press end call button.
Everyone is warned not to act like us. This morning we had a call, that took us more than 1 1/2 hours. They told us that they had the information to reach us from the university in our city.We found out that because of his instructions the Indian guy could look into our computer. He showes us danger things in our computer on the screen.Later we wanted to stop, because we had to buy a solution thing. We refused and the guy got very angry. Then we put the phone down.We went too far !!!!
They called me 13 times today, 8 times yesterday and 5 the day before! It was an Indian lady and i couldnt make out where she said she was calling from - i didnt give her any more of my time, i said stop calling me, she said sorry to bother u and i hung up. Really dont know who this is but would appreciate not having a bunch of missed calls!!
they called on us at 00h01am on new years day... we didn't dare answering seemed like a scam!!
Just had a call from this number ! I've designated it as Scam 8 ! That way, if called again by the same number, the Scam thing will show up - sad really that these scumbags have nothing better to do, isn't it ? So, from now on. we'll just let the 'phone rung out !
Just received a call from this # 012-345-6789 telling me he can fix my computer as it has bugs in it all I have to do is give him my okay and he will fix it. He had a very thick acent.I asked where he was calling from he said Calgary Alberta.I asked if he knew I had viruses in my computer then e-mail me his info. He said he didn't have my e-mail could I give it to him, so I said if you don't have my e-mail already then how do you know I have a virus.I hung up

I called the Chase number on the back of my card and they said they had NOT called me, said it was scammers. I had two calls on my machine asking me to call them back.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
Wellcare never calls you, they send out notices. This is second call I’ve got from two separate phone numbers stating they are Wellcare. Scam
