I received your product and trying to send it back.I do not want it. How do I send it back!
I got the same phone call a few days ago from a lady called martha mayer who represented dermafutura..i dont get it why people think it's a scam because to me it's one of the best services ever. I got some good facial creams from switzerland and i didnt even get to travel to get them but they came to my house..i keep ordering more cuuz the products are AMAZING. Love swiss quality love Dermafutura
The same thing happened to me today. It was the same Karla Mayer on the phone talking french. After nearly half an hour explanations i told her that i first would ask my wife about before ordering anything,So, she should call me back tomorrow.
I got a call 3 years ago for 2 of their products. No credit needed ex... I received the products and loved them. I had started getting calles 2 months ago from weird numbers. I don't answer a number I don't know usually but last week I just answered and they offered another promotion. I figured since I liked it so much the last time I would try it again. I received them today applied to my face and it feels great. I do not know if I will keep all the products seeing as my bill came out to over 300$ 6 products total and the shipping is outrageous.
I got a call from Martha from Dermafutura. She tried to get me to agree to have the products sent to my home under no obligation to buy. I was very sceptical and did not want to have anything sent to me. Martha was very complimentary and said that I sounded very young. And that if I sound young I probably also look young. I think she said that to persuade me to accept the products. If I look young, then why do I need those products? I must be doing very well with the products that I currently use. I said that I wasn't interest and I had to hang up. I was worried that they would try to get money from me by some other way, like the courier costs. I had to eventually hang up the phone. I've never heard of Dermafutura and I've never seen ads for the company.
I just had exactly the same experience (right down to the name some others have me mentioned, and the hard to understand accent, supposedly from Lugano "Switzerland"; she spelled for me "Dermafutura" and "Softline" when I asked, and even said "you sound so young" ;)... I just said no I am happy with my current skin care cream. That had better be the end of that. (I usually don't answer such calls at all but I was a bit distracted at the time, so half-listening at first.)
