they claim to be from NBN & warn your internet will be disconnected and they're in the process of fixing that.. then ask questions of who is using your internet.. i asked why and he said because NBN is suspicious of my internet usage.. I called BS and he huing up.. My concern is that he will find gullible people and scam them out of money for their pretend security network. Spam, scammers

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
